Why are we afraid of aging?

The passage of time has worried human beings since the beginning. "Youth, divine treasure, you are leaving to never return!" wrote Ruben Dario. But why, if it is something normal in life? Why should you be afraid of a natural phenomenon?

  3. Change beliefs. Old age is a period of life in which situations as beautiful as those of youth can occur. For example, falling in love with oneself or with a partner, friendship, enjoying the routine, or rest. Old age is not a synonym for weakness or fragility, but of experience and wisdom and it is a privilege to live it!
